Warranty and after-sales service
We stand behind the quality of what we build. The warranty applicable to your product, including what it covers and its duration, is shared with your order. Our technicians provide installation, service and repair, and we also service and repair equipment of other brands.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation by others, unauthorised repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

As our products are largely made to order, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the nature of the product and the stage of the order.
